Dibangun mulai 11 November 2012, 18 Office Park tower pertama, yang sejajar jalan, bisa melakukan topping-off pada Maret 2014, dan mulai diserah-terimakan pada akhir 2014. Tower pertama itu diniatkan untuk dijual sebagai ruang perkantoran strata-title. Bagaimana dengan tower kedua, yang niatnya tidak untuk dijual, tapi dikelola sendiri sebagai gedung kantor sewaan? ''Tower kedua akan mulai dibangun pertengahan tahun depan,'' bilang Zahir Ali, saat peletakan batu pertama pembangunan 18 Office Park. Tentang hal terakhir ini, kelihatannya meleset dari rencana. JAKARTA Pengembang PT Kalma Propertindo Jaya meluncurkan 18 Office Park di jalan TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan dengan investasi US$95 juta, proyek perkantoran tersebut ditargetkan selesai pada Juli 2014.
